Cilcare Accelerates U.S. Expansion with New Clinical Trial and Biotech Gateway Initiative

FACCNE member Cilcare expands in the U.S. with a new clinical trial, increased capacity, and biotech gateway initiative.

We are pleased to share a new announcement from FACCNE member Cilcare, unveiled during the SelectUSA Investment Summit in Washington, D.C..

As part of its growing U.S. expansion strategy, Cilcare announced the planned launch of a clinical trial at Massachusetts General Hospital for its lead asset on tinnitus treatment. The company is also significantly expanding its U.S. operations through a threefold increase in preclinical capacity with its American partner CBSET.

In addition, Cilcare introduced a new gateway initiative designed to support foreign biotech companies entering the U.S. market, further strengthening transatlantic collaboration in healthcare innovation.

This expansion highlights the growing presence of French biotech investment in the United States and reinforces the importance of cross-border partnerships in advancing medical innovation.
