Covid-19 and Startups: Surviving and thriving – an approach for founders and investors

May 20 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Pritchett certified M&A Integration expert and Executive Coach, Angelica Carr, explores a shift in investor and buyer value perception during this unprecedented period. She tackles Mergers & Acquisitions (M&As) scenarios covering areas from valuation and culture fit to common patterns and pitfalls in early integration.

Angelica brings a perspective of an executive coach specializing in M&A integration and director of a financial investment company.  She is also passionate about helping businesses survive and thrive in high-risk, volatile and uncertain environments; M&As, startups, the future and in our current pandemic crisis.

During this webinar, Angelica will share tips and advice about safeguarding and positioning businesses through the three crisis phases:  Survival, Resilience and Reset.  She will highlight the importance of innovation, seizing opportunities and creating and perceiving value for future funding and M&A deals.
