Aurore MarieDirector, Cilcare USA & Head of Operational Excellence
Aurore has been part of Cilcare since 2015. Since then, she has taken on roles with increasing breadth, authority, and leadership responsibilities, culminating in her appointment as Director, Cilcare US and Head of Operational Excellence.
Aurore’s expertise lies in project management, combined with her specialization in preclinical development within the field of hearing. Her experience in neuroscience has served as the foundation for the development of her expertise in electrophysiological measurements, brain surgery, and intracochlear drug delivery. Currently, she manages Cilcare’s US laboratory operations and ensures the consistency and efficiency of Cilcare’s processes across multiple locations. Additionally, she plays a key role in building Cilcare’s digital auditory signatures strategy and managing alliances with Japanese partners.
Aurore Marie has extensive experience in both Montpellier France, and Lexington, MA USA, and holds a Master Degree in Project Management and Innovation in Biotechnology and specialized in auditory in vivo pharmacology.
