Tommy Cooperrider joined Dubin Clark in 2017. Tommy focuses on business development, deal execution, and portfolio company monitoring and support. Tommy currently serves on the boards of directors of Reel Power International, PEAK Event Services, CustomDrive, DPI Off-Road Brands, SmartSource, Level Agency, and Ecosystems.
Prior to Dubin Clark, Tommy worked in investment banking at Drake Star Partners in New York, where he supported senior bankers in executing mergers, acquisitions, and private placements in the technology, media, and communications sectors. Previously, Tommy worked in the valuation and transaction opinion group at Berkeley Research Group.
Tommy is a board member at Wondermore Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit that brings acclaimed authors and illustrators into Boston-area Title 1 schools emphasizing inclusion and diversity so that students will see themselves reflected in the literature they read.
Tommy received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and an MS in Finance from Boston College, and is a CFA charterholder. In his free time, Tommy enjoys traveling, playing guitar, and volunteering
