The FACC’Fin Forum, launched in May 2021, aims to connect New England Finance professionals through uniquely curated events, leveraging deep industry expertise and providing opportunities to develop relationships and broaden networks within this community. The Forum will highlight best practices and serve as a pragmatic resource to small and mid-sized French and American companies launching and growing operations in New England.

Pierre Chaboussant

Pierre began his career in Management consulting with ANDERSEN Corporate Finance, supporting international companies and private equity companies in their acquisitions processes. He then joined VALEO, where he had several financial management positions, both as country CFO and Business unit controller. He actively participated in the transformation of the Group during the automobile crisis

In 2011, Pierre decided to join a small technology business, as Managing director, to restructure and buy-out the company. He finally joined IDEMIA in 2013, global technology leader in management of payment and identity, to participate actively in the transformation and rapid growth of the company as part of the executive team. Following the acquisition of Morpho in 2017, Pierre is currently Chief Operating officer for North America. Passionate about change, Pierre leads the transformation and digitization of operations of the company in the Region.

Pierre is passionate, energetic and pragmatic, and like leading transformation is fast growing/fast changing environments: building teams, reshaping operations, supporting digitization of offers.

Francois Ducroux

Capital markets, global investment risk management, portfolio structuration, financial planning, business intelligence. For +25 years, Francois has been counseling and stewarding families, non-profits and companies. Currently owner at FJD Wealth management, he built his financial advisory practice at Morgan Stanley, AG Edwards, Merrill Lynch and Winslow, Evans & Crocker.

Nicole is an independent consultant and Board member providing strategic and financial analysis and counsel to small to medium-size businesses and non-profit organizations. She previously had a 10-year tenure at Goldman Sachs in New York leading complex debt capital markets, lending and financing transactions and served in the leadership of Goldman Sachs’ Women’s Network. Nicole began her career in Audit, Restructuring and Financial Advisory Services at Deloitte in New York, Paris and Boston. Nicole holds an MBA in Analytic Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

Jean-Noel Pellegrin

Sciences-Po Paris. MBA.  30 years of experience in various Finance positions (E&Y consultant, CFO of automotive and semiconductors manufacturing sites, R&D and corporate finance) of which 15 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently Sr Director of Valuation and Finance Support to M&A and Business Development, in SANOFI Corporate Finance. Specialist in business valuation, due diligence and all finance aspects of transactions (research collaboration, in-licensing, out-licensing, companies acquisition, commercial partnership,…).

Louise Roussel

Louise Roussel is a Senior Commercial Banker at KeyBank. Louise has 16 years of experience in Banking and Capital Markets, working in the end-to-end loan origination cycle, including structuring, underwriting, syndication and execution of loan transactions. Prior to joining KeyBank, Louise was a Director of Capital Markets at G2 Capital Advisors in Boston, where she focused on raising debt and equity and providing other financial advisory solutions for middle market clients. Louise also worked at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and BNP Paribas in various Capital Markets and Credit roles. Louise holds a Masters in International Management from the Audencia Graduate School of Management in Nantes, France. Louise holds FINRA series 7, 79 and 63 licenses.

Xavier Touret

Xavier Touret cumulates 18 years of asset management experience with Natixis Investment Managers in the US, including setting up and managing both internal audit and operational risk functions, and chairing US affiliates’ audit committees. Prior to that Xavier was the CFO of Companie EMGP, a listed real estate company based in Paris. He also created the controller position of the real estate division at Caisse des Depots in Paris, before joining the direct investment team as a portfolio manager responsible for assets located in Central Europe. Xavier began his career with PwC where he was a manager in the information system consulting group for financial institutions. 

Xavier is a co-founder of Asset Managers Tech, a start-up trade group dedicated to the asset management industry, where he is the Market Pratices Adviser. He has also been chairing the Cybersecurity Council at the Association of Institutional Investors for the last 6 years, and he is a French Trade Counsellor (“CCEF”) in the US. 

Xavier holds BS and MS degrees in Accounting and Finance from Paris Dauphine University and is a French CPA.
